As our Head of Strategy & International Expansion (m/f/d), you have overall responsibility for the internationalization of Proliance. You will work closely with the founders and your strategy team, to identify the next markets, draw up market launch plans and ensure a smooth and successful implementation of winning future customers. After the initial strategy design you are responsible for the complete execution which includes setting up the right team, installing marketing-, partner- and sales plans and overviewing the whole progress.
Working closely with the product & marketing team, you will drive the brand awareness of our proliance360 software and set the next milestone for the company's continued strong growth.

Successful completed studies with an economic or other analytical focus at top university
Several years of experience in consulting/strategy or investment banking; ideally you already have experience in building a high-growth SaaS company

Strong interest in the B2B software market and new, digital working environments
Highly independent, structured and proactive working method
Excellent knowledge of german and english; other european foreign languages ideal
